I was shocked to notice this charge, as I have never accessed your site before. Moreover, I have all the necessary proof demonstrating that I did not authorize this transaction. This includes payment records which I have already sent to my bank as part of my dispute claim.

I would appreciate if you could provide me with any available details regarding this charge, such as the payment reference, and any other relevant information to assist in resolving this matter.
